Women in Corporate Aviation (WCA) will award more than $90,000 in training scholarships to 17 aviation professionals at its annual scholarship luncheon on October 22 during the NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition in Orlando.

"WCA has had an incredible year raising $96,070 in scholarship funds, which is the most we've ever offered in our 21-year history," said Brenda Miles, President, Women in Corporate Aviation. "I am grateful to our leadership team, sponsors, and volunteers because we could not have done it without their relentless support."

  • Rachel Borsa won a $22,000 CAE SimuFlite scholarship to attend Citation Jet 3 initial simulator training.
  • Lane Suzanne Dulon, Magdalena Olczyk and Lindsay Saladino each won a $2,995 Universal Weather and Aviation scholarship to be used toward their attainment of a FAA dispatch license.
