Excitement is building for WAI's first international Girls in Aviation Day on September 26, 2015. Nearly half of all WAI chapters will be hosting events around the world that day, providing girls in their local communities with a meaningful introduction to all the aviation industry has to offer.

As of this writing, ten states have proclaimed September 26 Girls in Aviation Day, including Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Proclamations from California, Colorado, Georgia, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin are also anticipated. If your state is not on the list, please contact Molly Martin to see how you can help.
