Women in Corporate Aviation (WCA) awarded more than $50,000 in training scholarships during its annual scholarship luncheon on November 18 during the NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition in Las Vegas.

Lockheed Martin has given $90,000 to support the Tuskegee University Freshman Accelerated Start up and Training for Retention in Engineering Curricula program. Known as FASTREC, this eight-week program is offered to high school graduates interested in engineering careers.

The Georgia Business Aviation Association (GBAA) is offering several scholarships to deserving Georgia high school graduating seniors and those Georgia high school graduates already enrolled in college and pursuing careers in aviation.
