Dr. Peggy Chabrian was part of a panel discussion moderated by Regional Airline Association (RAA) President Faye Malarkey Black with representatives from major and regional airline representatives and an aviation-oriented college during the RAA Annual Convention in May.

Panel members, including Steve Dickson, senior vice president of flight operations for Delta Air Lines; Ryan Gumm, president and CEO of Endeavor Air; Dion Flannery, president of PSA Airlines; and Dr. Sharon VeVivo, president of Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology; discussed attrition, flow-through segments, university and training school gateway programs, labor and wage issues, workplace quality of life, and where the next generation of pilots would come from.
