Women in aviation can support each other consistently through informal connections and formal programs. I have been running a small woman in business aviation leadership circle that has been meeting virtually monthly during the pandemic to discuss real-life career challenges and solutions. I am pursuing my leadership coaching certification and have been working with women in aviation consistently on developing themselves as leaders. In this session/workshop, I will have attendees work together in small circles using a guided exercise that will help them address their own challenges and leadership goals in a supportive way.
